Participants will learn about the legal and professional responsibilities that come with using digital systems, including privacy, confidentiality, cybersecurity, and patient access in line with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the College’s Standards of Practice.
The session will highlight strategies to identify risks, apply PHIPA principles in digital and virtual settings, and adopt best practices for compliant and secure documentation.
