Complaints & Investigations
Under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA), the College responds to concerns about the practice, conduct or health of registered naturopathic doctors in instances where they may be failing to meet the standards of the profession.
These concerns can be raised by formal complaints or in reports filed by regulated health professionals, employers or other organisations. The goal of our investigations is to protect and promote the public interest, while improving the Practice Standards of naturopathic doctors.
