Andrew Parr, CAE
Chief Executive Officer of the College, fulfilling the responsibilities set under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Naturopathy Act, 2007. These activities are conducted within the legislated objectives of the College, and with the duty to serve and protect the public interest. The CEO also: assists the College Council in its established governance structure, provides leadership, direction and guidance to the College on governance-related issues, supports the development and implementation of regulations, by-laws and policies under direction of the Council, ensures good management and fiscal practices, including oversight and responsibility for the annual operating, capital and cash budgets, and provides reports to the Ministry of Health (MoH) on activities of the Council and College.
Director of Operations
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Operations has a primary focus of overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the College. The secondary focus is to provide coordination and maintenance of the College’s resources. This role also supports governance and strategic operations through effective and efficient processes.
Manager, Human Resources
The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for managing and collaborating with all levels of staff and volunteers to support operations in human resource practices and processes in the areas of recruitment, recognition, health and safety, labour relations, compensation, training, development and compliance.

The Executive Liaison is responsible for providing support to the CEO, Senior Management Team and the Council of the College to help manage and advance the College’s initiatives and to support it meeting its goals. The Executive Liaison provides program support to the CEO and project and administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
Human Resources & Administration Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Operations and indirectly to the CEO, the Human Resources & Administration Coordinator provides strategic and organizational support for all Council and Committees led by the Director of Operations and CEO, General Operations, Human Resources, I.T and Accounting.
The Finance Coordinator primarily supports management of the day-to-day financial activities of the College and maintains College resources. This role supports governance and strategic operations through effective and efficient processes.
Senior Communications Officer
The Senior Communications Officer is responsible for providing leadership on all communications activities, including the Colleges’ print and electronic communication, website, social media and adherence to brand standards.

The Marketing Communications Officer is responsible for supporting the communications and event marketing activities, including the Colleges’ print and electronic communication, website, social media, and adherence to brand standards. They also support the College in providing services to the public and other stakeholders in French.

The Administrative Assistant, Communications provides tactical and organizational support for all communications, records management and public relations functions for both within the department and across the organization.
