Renewing your registration with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (the College) includes completing the online Information Return Form and paying the annual registration fee.
Before You Renew Checklist
To make sure your renewal is a quick and easy process, we strongly recommend leaving ample time for renewal and completing the following steps before starting your Information Return Form.
☐ Make sure your Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) and CPR certificate is up to date on the portal. Changes to this information must be reported to the College within two days of the change.
☐ If you’ve legally changed your name, make sure you’ve submitted the online Name change Request form ahead of renewing.
☐ Get all the paperwork and information you’ll need together to complete the Information Return Form. This includes:
- Your PLI certificate.
- Your CPR certificate.
- Information about other registrations you hold or have held.
- Information about your practise hours in 2025 as the breakdown of professional activities section of the Information Return Form requires you to input hours and weeks worked in the field of naturopathy, between January 1 – December 31, 2025, to ensure currency requirements are met.
- Your total patient count over all practice locations in 2025.
- Your total number of patient visits in 2025.
- Banking information (institution, transit number, account number) if you intend to enroll in the Payment Plan Program (the “Program”). Enrolment is only available while completing the online Information Return Form, requests to enter the Program after submission of your renewal will not be granted.
☐ Complete the required Self-Assessment Questionnaires. For information on the questionnaires and whether your submission was received, please contact qa@collegeofnaturopaths.on.ca
Wanting to renew your registration in a different class? You have until March 13th to submit a Class change application (including submission of necessary fee(s) and supporting documentation). Class change applications submitted after March 13, 2026, will not be processed until April 1, 2026, meaning you will be required to complete your annual renewal in your current class of registration and the annual registration fee paid in your current class will not be refunded or pro-rated.
