New online CE reporting module now available

Posted On: August 12, 2026

The College of Naturopaths of Ontario is pleased to announce that the new continuing education (CE) reporting module is now live. The new module will simplify the CE reporting process and provide registrants with an easier, more efficient way to manage their CE activities throughout their reporting cycle.

The CE reporting module allows registrants to record and track their CE activities as they’re completed, reducing the need to duplicate records and making it easier to monitor progress toward CE requirements.

Key benefits of the new CE module

Registrants can now:

  • Record CE activities throughout their three-year reporting cycle.
  • Maintain their continuing education portfolio electronically in one location.
  • Search and select approved Category A activities directly within the system.
  • Track completed credits and outstanding requirements automatically.
  • View Category A and Category B totals in real time.
  • Submit their CE record electronically when reporting requirements have been met.

Access the module through the “my learning” section of Alinity using the same login credentials for registration, renewal, and other online College services. Once logged in, registrants can add activities, save their progress, and return at any time to update their records.

Getting started

To access the new CE reporting module:

  1. Log in to your Alinity account through the College website.
  2. Select my learning from the navigation menu.
  3. Open your reporting cycle.
  4. Begin adding Category A and Category B activities.
  5. Select save for later to continue building your record throughout your reporting period.
  6. Submit your CE report when all requirements have been met.

We want your feedback

The College encourages registrants to explore the module, become familiar with its features, and notify staff if they encounter any technical problems or unexpected behaviour. Feedback will help us continue to improve the user experience and ensure the system remains a valuable resource for registrants.

Additional resources, including a step-by-step user guide and the recording of the recent Regulatory Education Program (REP) session, are available to support registrants in using the new learning module.

We encourage all registrants to log in, explore the system, and begin recording CE activities today. The College is confident that this new tool will make CE reporting more streamlined, transparent, and user-friendly for our registrants.
