February 2021 Exam Rescheduled to May 2021

On January 14, 2021, the Ontario government enacted a 28-day state of emergency to help combat increasing COVID-19 caseload numbers in the province.

On February 8, 2021, the Ontario Premier announced that while the state of emergency will be expired as scheduled, Toronto, York and Peel Regions will remain under a stay-at-home order until February 22, 2021 at the earliest.

In light of the Premier’s extended stay-at-home order for Toronto, where the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (the College) exams are administered, the College has no choice but to postpone the February 21, 2021 session of the Ontario Clinical (Practical) examinations.

The exam has been rescheduled for May 16, 2021. Updated information, such as transcript release and results release dates, for this session is available on our Clinical (Practical) Exams Schedule page.

Candidates registered for the February 8, 2021 session will receive additional information directly via e-mail regarding the rescheduled May 16, 2021 exam, for which they will be automatically registered. Those unable to sit the exams in May will be provided with the option to withdraw and be reimbursed.

As was the case in 2020, every effort will be made by the College to provide candidates, seeking registration in Ontario, with a fair opportunity to sit entry-to-practise examinations this year, despite possible ongoing exam schedule interruptions due to COVID-19.

We appreciate the understanding and the patience of our exam candidates and stakeholders during this time.
