Notice of Data Collection – Therapeutic Prescribing

As previously noted, pursuant to paragraph (ii) of article 20.12 of the College by-laws, the College is requiring that all registrants who perform the controlled acts related to the Standard of Practice for Therapeutic Prescribing provide certain data to the College as part of its Risk-based Regulation program. It is now time to submit your data for the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, inclusive.

The required data must be submitted to the College no later than Friday March 13^th, 2026. Data is to be submitted electronically using the Therapeutic Prescribing Data 2025 Reporting form.

Of note, the College has developed a Therapeutic Data Collection Support system through which you can submit your data on an ongoing basis throughout the year for tabulation purposes. Please see here or the most recent edition of iNformeD (January 2026) for more details or to enroll.

Any registrants who have questions or need clarification are invited to contact Dr. Jordan Sokoloski, ND, Manager, Regulatory Programs or Joseph Quao, Coordinator, Regulatory Programs. Later this year, registrants can look forward to receiving information about the volume of activities related to therapeutic prescribing based on the submitted data.
