A Member of the College may apply to change his or her name in the register, provided the change of name request complies with College by-laws and is approved by the Registrar.
In the case of a name change, the College will need legal documentation confirming the new name before it can grant your request. Every subsequent change in the Member’s name that is approved will be entered in the register and be publicly available. Former names entered in the register will continue to be publicly available.
Processing a name change request is not an immediate process and may require up to 10 business days to complete. There is a fee of $50 (plus HST) associated with the name change.
