Consultation
The transitional Council of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (TC-CONO) is responsible for developing regulations, policies, by-laws and the necessary business operations for a new health regulatory college called the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. The mandate of the new College will be to operate, manage and administer its statutory obligations under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Naturopathy Act, 2007.
Please note that the consultation process for the following draft Regulations has now closed and summaries of the feedback received on each draft Regulation are posted on the public consultation feedback page. The final draft Regulations have been submitted to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care for legislative review and approval.
