The transitional Council of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario is responsible for developing regulations, policies, by-laws and the necessary business operations for a new health regulatory college called the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. The mandate of the new College will be to operate, manage and administer its statutory obligations under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, (RHPA) and the Naturopathy Act, 2007, to regulate the profession of naturopathy in the public interest.
