Changing Class During Renewal

During the College’s registration renewal cycle, a black-out period is instituted where the processing of class changes is temporarily stopped. This is to ensure no delay to a Registrant’s ability to renew occurs due to a requested class change. This black-out period typically starts in mid-March (on or around the 17th) and lasts until the end of March.

Class change requests received during the black-out period, are processed starting on the first business day in April, and Registrants who have missed the window for changing class during renewal are required to renew in their current class of registration.  The class change deadline, and black out period dates, is made available as part of our annual registration renewal communications.
