May 04, 2017 College of Naturopaths of Ontario On May 4, 2017 a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee determined that within 2 months of the Panel's Decision and Reasons, the Member shall review sections 13, 14 and 52 of the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, section 23 of the Professional Misconduct Regulations made under the Naturopathy Act, 2007 and the College’s Standard of Practice for Record Keeping and submit an action plan to the Registrar of the College, for relocating and closing a practice in the situation where the Member is not a sole custodian of the patient records. The plan shall include draft notices to patients and the College as per the Record Keeping Standard of Practice.
