Appointment of Margot White
(Toronto, ON) - The College of Naturopaths of Ontario is pleased to announce the appointment of Margot White as Director of Communications and Lead of Community Engagement.
Margot joins the College with over 20 years’ experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She recently relocated to Toronto from Vancouver, where she led major communications initiatives with Doctors of BC (BC Medical Assoc.), the Canadian Bar Association and other member service and regulatory organizations. Margot also spent six years with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC as Director of Communications and Policy Development and was part of the team that led their transition to regulation under the Health Professions Act.

Her extensive experience and collaborative style represent important assets, particularly as we move forward with our communications, community engagement and educational initiatives to reinforce our role as a regulator working in the public interest”, said Andrew Parr, Registrar and CEO.
Margot will take a leadership role in moving forward the College's communications oriented strategic initiatives.

The College of Naturopaths of Ontario is established under provincial legislation and regulates naturopathic doctors in the public interest. To fulfill its mandate, the College establishes and maintains standards of practice, ensures individuals wishing to enter into practice meet the requirements, operates a quality assurance program to ensure members maintain their competency and holds the profession accountable through the complaints and discipline processes.
